PresidentMr. Neil Myers has over fourteen years experience in natural resource construction. His focus on restoration and water quality improvement projects has lead to positive economic development and quality of life improvements within communities across the region. He has been vital in identifying potential construction projects. Once these projects have been identified, Mr. Myers has played a crucial role in developing a talented team of multi-disciplinary professionals to provide cost-effective solutions to satisfy all project shareholders. Furthermore, Mr. Myers knowledge of state and federal water quality standards, natural resource legislation, and strong financial management has assisted in completing successful business opportunities within the public and private sectors.

Aaron Lasley
Vice President OperationsMr. Aaron Lasley has ten years of experience in natural resource construction management and planning, and is responsible for all operations of daily construction activity. He has completed numerous public and private works projects, acting as either the prime or sub-contractor based upon client and project needs. Mr. Lasley’s specific responsibilities include communication with clients, supervising project managers, other team members, subcontractors and suppliers to insure that all construction projects are completed within the stated budgetary and scheduling commitments. Mr. Lasley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management and an Associates of Science degree in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University.

Nic Steadman
Project ManagerMr. Nicholas Steadman has over nine years of experience in natural resource construction and supervision. He started as a landscape foreman and after college he pursued the forestry field. As a project site superintendent, Mr. Steadman has completed a variety of construction projects including: pond, wetland and stream restoration and construction; erosion control and seed installation; invasive and exotic species control; and native and commercial landscape installation. Mr. Steadman is also a Licensed Certified Pesticide Applicator in the state of Indiana and Ohio with credentials in aquatics and right-of-way management. Mr. Steadman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University.

Chris Schaumberg
Project ManagerMr. Chris Schaumberg has over nine years of construction management experience. He started in commercial site development, where he was responsible for daily operations of an excavating company. Chris specialized in small to medium commercial projects. As a project manager with Williams Creek Management, Chris has overseen a variety of projects including wetland restoration and construction, erosion control, seed installation, and native landscape installation projects. Mr. Schaumberg’s responsibilities include managing teams of employees, and communicating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors so that projects are completed efficiently and within the proposed time frame. Mr. Schaumberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana University.

Austen Leath
Project ManagerMr. Austen Leath has over five years of experience in natural resource construction and management. He started out of college working for the Army Corps of Engineers where he organized and managed various shoreline enhancement and preservation projects. As a project manager for Williams Creek Management, he is responsible for managing crews in field for installation and maintenance of many of our construction projects. Mr. Leath has assisted in managing several projects including wetland and stream restoration, native seeding, invasive species management, and native landscape installation. Mr. Leath is a Licensed Certified Pesticide Applicator in both the state of Indiana and the state Illinois where he holds license credentials in aquatics and right of way management. Mr. Leath holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Wildlife Biology from Purdue University.

Brandon Koski
Business DevelopmentMr. Brandon Koski has over 20 years’ experience in the landscape industry. Brandon’s passion for landscaping sent him to Purdue University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Horticulture and Design. Brandon has experience in commercial construction, residential and commercial design, outdoor living, hardscape installation and is familiar with over 200 plants from zones 9 and 5. Brandon is a Certified Landscape Contractor with the Florida Nursery and Growers Association, is a certified paver installer and has been involved in about every type of landscape project imaginable. Brandon’s vast experience enables him to identify potential construction projects dealing with natural resource construction.

Laurie Turk
Business Operations ManagerMs Laurie Turk is a Corporate Administrator with 25 years professional experience in business management, human resources and accounting field. In addition to her overall responsibility for day-to-day accounting functions, reporting and budgeting, she also functions as the corporate liaison to vendors, clients and employees. Ms. Turk has a certificate in legal secretarial sciences from ITT Technical Institute and also completed Human Resource Management courses through IUPUI’s continuing education.

Ted Blahnik, PE
Director of Design Build ServicesMr. Ted Blahnik is a Professional Engineer with 28 years of experience in ecological and environmental services focusing on design and construction of green infrastructure for stormwater management, natural systems for wastewater treatment, industrial compliance, water minimization and reuse, and wetland and stream restoration and mitigation. He has applied experience in the current practice of green infrastructure best management practices, LEED techniques for stormwater management in industrial, commercial, and residential developments along with municipalities, and Low Impact Development. His projects focus on dual-purposing of land use and dollars to increase property and community values while lowering infrastructure costs. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Oceanographic and Coastal Science from Louisiana State University.
